Upline simply refers to the person who recruited you to the MLM business. In another way, your upline in Network Marketing is the total distributors that are above you. Upline usually gets benefits from every person you bring into the network and for every sale you make. In Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), the person who recruited a distributor into the organization, known as a ‘Sponsor’, and the people above them are their upline. A Multi-Level Marketing distributor’s upline receives compensation based on her sales as well as their own.
