COMMISSION & BONUSE DISTRIBUTION
Every organization has its ways of commission and bonus distribution. Both are popular forms of compensation distribution, and it is recognized and paid at each level every month. Traditionally, members earn a commission to achieve their sales target bonuses reserved for non-sales employees. WorldVentures reserves the right to consider rank bonuses and sales commission from more than one.
1. Direct Commission:
WorldVentures pays its representatives a Direct Commission for the sale of certain products. The Direct Commissions are delivered to the recruiter regardless of their active status. However, their representation agreement must still be in effect, not cancelled, suspended, or terminated. WorldVentures will recover Direct Commissions paid to agents when an initial product purchase is refunded to the customer.
2. Weekly Team Bonus:
WorldVenture representatives earn Weekly Team Bonuses based on the initial product sales generated by their entire network team. The Sales Credits may vary based on the price paid by the customer, and sales Credits is distributed throughout the period, as new sales are completed and payment is confirmed. The Weekly Team Bonus can pay up to 100 USD to their members.
3. Monthly Residual Commission:
WorldVentures representatives at the senior position or higher rank earn Monthly Residual Commissions based on the monthly bill generated by their entire network. The representative earns Sales Credits based on the monthly fees each customer pays. After a member has achieved four personal sales, they can make downline placements on both sides of their binary tree. A representative will be not eligible for Monthly Residual Commissions until that time.
4. Personal Sales Bonus:
The Personal Sales Bonus rewards the representatives for personally sponsoring new customers to the groups of the DreamTrips family. Suppose you gain more than one set of three recent customer membership product sales within 28 days. In that case, your efforts are rewarded at a higher level. The commission payout rates vary by type of membership sold. Personal Sales Bonuses are paid to the member, regardless of the member’s status. But their agreement must still be in effect, and it won’t be cancelled, suspended, or terminated.
5. Dream Home/Car Bonus:
DreamHome Bonuses are disbursed to the representative monthly. A representative must have achieved the rank of International Marketing Director (IMD) on or before the last day of the month to be qualified to earn the DreamHome Bonus.
